By downloading, installing, or using Fina (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please uninstall and stop using the App immediately.

Your Rights to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the App on iOS devices that you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial financial tracking and management

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Your Responsibilities

When using the App, you are responsible for:

• Data security: Keeping your device access credentials (PIN, Face ID, etc.) secure to prevent unauthorized access to your financial data
• Data backup: Regularly backing up important financial data; the App is not liable for data loss caused by device failure or accidental uninstallation
• Data accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of data you enter; the App is a recording tool only and does not provide financial advice
• Legal compliance: Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

AI-Assisted Features

The App provides AI-powered conversation logging and image recognition features. When using these features:

• AI-generated category suggestions and recognition results are for reference only; please verify their accuracy yourself
• Your input may be sent to a third-party AI service provider for processing; please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information in AI conversations
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI recognition results

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI features

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including data loss or financial loss.

Termination of Agreement

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data on your device will be deleted (iCloud data must be managed separately in iCloud Settings).

If you violate any provision of these Terms, your right to use the App will terminate automatically.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you use the App in a country or region other than where the developer is located, you are also responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or App Store update notes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
